Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the LinkedIn Profile Extractor Chrome extension ("the Extension") handles information when you use it.

1. What data the Extension accesses

When you visit a LinkedIn profile or Sales Navigator lead page, the Extension reads publicly visible profile information displayed on that page, including:

The Extension only reads data on pages that match *.linkedin.com/in/* and *.linkedin.com/sales/lead/*. It does not access any other websites or browser data.

2. How data is used

The extracted profile data is sent exclusively to the webhook URL that you configure in the Extension's settings. The Extension has no built-in server and does not collect, store, or transmit data to any third party controlled by the Extension developer.

3. Local storage

The Extension stores your configured webhook URL and any preferences locally in Chrome's storage API on your device. This data never leaves your device except as part of Chrome's own sync mechanism if you have Chrome Sync enabled.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. The only network request the Extension makes is to the webhook URL you provide.

5. Permissions

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

6. Children's privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please open an issue in the extension's repository or contact the developer directly.
